Vello accessibility statement

Here at Vello we strive to offer service that is accessible as possible to people of all levels of ability with any device and situation. Therefore one of the Vello service design and development principles is to consider the accessibility in all the service development that is carried out.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 requirements to measure our success in providing the best possible accessibility.

This statement outlines the current state of accessibility of Vello services ( including all of its sub areas: Vello for companies and service providers, Vello service for end customers, and Vello as an embeded solution on a third party website.

The state of accessibility

Vello services cover the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 stated requirements on all counts on the levels A and AA.

Outside the scope of accessible content is the content produced and published by a third party such as a service provider or an end-user who uses Vello. It is possible that not all content is fully accessible due to the nature of the third-party content and/or a possible combination of service settings affecting the content. Due to this limitation, it is possible to find content that may not be accessible to the level of WCAG A or AA standards.

Measuring the accessibility of the services

This statement is first created 28th of December 2020 and revised on the last 3rd of January 2021.

We have validated the accessibility of the services based on user testing, programmatical testing, and self-facilitated accessibility analysis.
